pictures?
A. Generally you
will, most people already have quality photos on hand that we can
enhance, therefore all we need is a copy of them although we can take them
for you.
Q. How many photos
can I have?
A. There is no
limit to the amount of pictures, have as many as you like.
Q. How much
text can I have?
A. There is no
limit to the amount of text you can have as much as you like.
Q. I have heaps of
photos, which ones should I use?
A. Pick out the
best 3-5, our recommendation
is to only put enough pictures online to create positive interest in your property,
if you only have one good photo, just use that one and try and get more
over time, a bad photo for the sake of a photo does not sell your house.
Ultimately you are trying to get people to inspect in person, that is where they actually
do the buying. However we will do what ever you want, Its your site.
Q. Do need a
digital camera?
A. No,
although handy as you can take heaps of photos and then pick the best one,
not one of the
pictures on this site has been taken by a digital camera yet, it is not
that important, as web designers we have the technology to enhance your photos anyway.
Q. Who writes
the text or story?
A. We both do, I
do have good experience in this area, as a web designer in Coffs Harbour I
manage 6 of the local real estate agents sites and see what they do. You
will give me the property details and together we create that positive
story.
Q. How do I get
the photos to you?
A. You can either
snail mail them to us at PO Box 71 Sawtell NSW 2452 or scan and send them
via email to scott@gocoffs.com (note:
